Strategic Account Management (Mandarin Speaking)-BGC
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with Philippine local teams and Regional Cross-border teams to identify project goals, scope, timelines, roles and responsibilities. Projects are mainly on assortment expansion and new business model integration.
- Ensuring project stakeholders and partners are aware of blockers and opportunities and that timeline for results is adhered to
- Translating local buyer, market and ecommerce knowledge to identify commercial opportunities for Cross-border projects
- Creating comprehensive onsite visibility and commercial plans for assigned projects. Visibility and commercial plans include but are not limited to areas such as Home Page, Search, Weekly Campaigns, Discounting, Flash Sales, and External Marketing.
- Monitoring Profit & Loss for projects assigned, working with Commercial, Functional and Finance teams to optimize levers to achieve agreed profit goals
- Developing strong analytics to evaluate daily/weekly/monthly performance and to optimize pricing, promotions and traffic visibility inside and outside the platform
