CentiMark Corporation has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced, full-time Strategic Account Manager (Roofing) in our Phoenix, AZ location! We are looking for an individual that is a self-starter and energetic to develop estimates and grow our business for our fast-paced, multi-faceted commercial company. 

The year end compensation for this role (base salary + commission) is $150k +.

Job Summary:

Develop Target Accounts and Build large regional Customer accounts through development of mid-level regional customer base (companies ideally with repetitive annual roofing spend between $500K - $1.5 million per year) – Prospecting and Business Development will be requiredAfter identifying Target Accounts, define the structure of the organization and make calls to the various decision-makers to determine viability, then create a marketing plan for the accountGenerate Opportunities from Workbook accounts for the Regional Sales TeamDeliver Proposals to Key Decision Makers and Negotiate ProjectsThe Strategic Account Manager will place the right resource, SPM, APM, Regional Sales Manager, NAM or National VP, with the various other decision makers within an organization (where applicable)The Strategic Account Manager will maintain an understanding of the Open Paper and develop strong relationships with all Tier accounts within his/her workbook. All open paper will have defined forecast strategy and action plan to close businessThe Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for forecasting deals within SalesforceLimited travel throughout California & Arizona will be required to maintain relationships with Tier accounts

Candidate Qualifications:10 years roofing/construction sales experience requiredCommercial or industrial account management experience required3 years of customer service experience requiredMust have prior experience growing market shareStrong communication/ writing skillsTime management skillsGood relationship building skillsExcellent follow-up skills
