Strategic Account Manager - Amazon
**Summary:** EMEA Retail is looking for an experienced Strategic Account Manager for the Amazon, covering EU and UK regions. The position will primarily involve developing and supporting Amazon retail strategy for Meta VR products - creating and implementing partner specific business plans, negotiating pricing and promotions, monitoring competitor activity and supporting marketing initiatives that deliver sales growth. This is a role that is focused on delivering exceptional online execution for exciting new technology through Amazon. This is cutting edge technology that will help build the next computing platform - the Metaverse. You'll work on getting the latest and most innovative technology in consumers hand in an innovative environment. **Required Skills:** Strategic Account Manager - Amazon Responsibilities: 1. Report into the Regional GM – to help manage and drive the sales business for Meta products in the Amazon EMEA regions. 2. Support in implementing effective strategy and programs to meet organization goals. 3. Meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets. 4. Create and present account strategy to executives and internal / external stakeholders to align resources and achieve mutual goals. 5. Negotiate and present account programs / contracts, gaining internal alignment and approvals with cross functional partners (finance, legal, operations, etc). 6. Grow relationships with cross functional leaders (Channel Operations, Sales Enablement, Sales Analytics, Category) to drive account goals, execute JBP process, QBRs and launch planning activities to meet sales objectives within agreed upon budgets and Key performance indicators. 7. Manage account scorecard, allocate budget, identify opportunities for optimization and growth. 8. Improve forecasting accuracy, tracking sell out and reviewing weekly, monthly, and annual performance to goal. **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 9. 5+ years working with Amazon with an in-depth understanding of Amazon Retail Flywheel. 10. Previous experience and clear understanding of the European online retailer landscape, including marketplace. 11. Commercial acumen and negotiation skills 12. Evidence of using data in prior roles, with an analytical approach to problem solving 13. Fluent in English **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 14. To work effectively with various teams across the organisation, essential to be inclusive and collaborative. 15. Track record of achieving goals in both business planning and tactical execution, with a clear understanding of the Amazon metrics available to drive Amazon sales. 16.
