Aim of job:

Lead the development and execution of the Saudi strategy for Strategic Accounts to achieve business sales objectives. This job is not eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.

Main accountabilities:Oversees the development and servicing of key accounts private and public sectors to achieve business objectives.Report results against forecasts and adjustments to senior management as well as any adjustments made to business plans to ensure objectives are met.Recommends ad hoc plans and contests.Develop programs and partnerships for strategic accountsReviews and approves quota and account assignment.Monitors progress and ensures that corrective actions have been initiated when necessary.Presents to management proposed plan changes.Resolves difficult problems and customer complaints.Re-shape customers ‘perception from product provider to value providerConnect with internal (Commercial, Marketing, ProfEd, Customer Service, Legal, and Compliance) and external key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration across different functions and departmentsAct with speed, flexibility and accountabilityGain deep insight into customer’s needs to drive competitive advantagesDevelop value propositions to secure solid long-term partnerships with key accounts across the Kingdom

Qualifications Experience within the Saudi Medical Device and Medtech industry is a must preferred in multinational companyA minimum of 7 years’ experience in a commercial role is a must haveExperience working as Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, or Business Development ManagerProven experience in business development, managing, and winning critical accounts.Ability to engage and influence key decision makers and C-suite stakeholdersInnovative pricing, commercial, and tender negotiations.Compliance StatementResponsible to ensure that all quality and compliance JNJ requirements are supported as required
