The VPSA of A/D position will be responsible for implementing sales strategies for the top A/D firms in the division. This position will call on design principal, studio leads, partners, etc. to increase brand awareness for our commercial brands (Patcraft & Shaw Contract).
Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing a strategic and accountable plan to prospect, manage and grow market share in the largest A/D Firms.Develop lateral influence within Shaw Industries to implement strategic account plan.Establish relationships, communication, and engagement with sales leadership and salespeople across all brands.Utilize and fully leverage technology and digital sales tools.Continued learning and understanding the complexity of A/D firms by networking (Internally & Externally), attending industry events and trade shows.Work with the DVP of the Southeast, RVPs, Segment and Brand Leaders to help educate and train our salesforce on A/D needs and trends.Promote all product categories and innovative solutions i.e. Sustainability, Design Services, Technology, etc.Collaborate with the VPSA team on Global Strategic Accounts across all segmentsRequired Competencies:

A minimum of 5+ years of commercial industry experience working with A/D FirmsMust live within the division, in close proximity to a major airport. The Southeast Division encompasses GA, FL, AL, TN, SC, NC, VA, DC and MD.Leadership and lateral influence skills necessaryStrong communication skills - Written and OralAbility to commit to at least 75% travel; especially in the first 12-18 monthsWork Shift
