A unique role to manage our distributors and key accounts

The Strategic Accounts Partner (SAP) plays a key part in building a high performing affiliate network with long-term sustainability, who are externally focused and being an agile organization. This role drives the identification, creation, and management of key-account/business relationships with partners to identify triple win opportunities.
As a Strategic Accounts Partner (SAP) you will ensure that our initiatives drive a triple win (for the patients, to the society and for Roche) for the accounts you are responsible for by co-creating and executing on Outcomes and KVIs. Responsibilities include pricing, contracting, negotiation, contract renewals and ongoing contract management, and identifying and following-through on opportunities for company products in coordination with key stakeholders
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and manage national/local key customer accounts for the affiliate, such as public and private payers, distributors, etc
Optimize insights and engagement with bids committees, wholesalers, distributors, retailers and other customer accounts relevant to company products and priorities
In coordination with Finance and Supply Chain, launch teams and other internal stakeholders, manages pipelining, oversees and provides insight on inventory for key accounts
Develop and maintain partnership with internal and external business partners, influencers and stakeholders across functions towards improved access to products for patients and a better business environment
Drive business development opportunities to optimize access to products, company revenue and market share, customer satisfaction, and other relevant goals.
As a part of network planning, strategy implementation and to ensure best customer experience, visit customers to gather up to date knowledge of the customer situation, learning about the challenges and opportunities and lead problem solving for customer’s issues raised
Identify, qualify and action “simple sales” opportunities for assigned accounts
Maintain all records and documentation as required and associated with professional account management and to Roche quality standards and expectations

You have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Demonstrated experience in marketing with a track record of measurable success
Proficient in using data analytics tools and understanding marketing metrics
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
