Job DescriptionThe Strategic Alliance Director is responsible for accelerating insightsoftware's revenue growth by collaborating with our top-tier alliances & partners. This individual contributor's primary focus is on recruiting, activating, enabling and leading our partners to drive incremental revenue bookings for the Lease Lifecycle Management solution suite. All joint GTM collaboration models apply, i.e. sell-with, sell-to and sell-through. Reporting to the Division Vice President of GSI Alliances, you will be an integral part of insightsoftware's Global Partnerships & Alliances organization. This is a remote opportunity
Responsibilities:
Consistently meet or exceed our monthly, quarterly and annual partner-led sales goalsSystematically nurture and grow our existing alliances with leading Lease Administration & Lease Accounting service providersRecruit and activate new partners, focused on complementary service providers in our target marketsLead the execution of joint GTM plans, working closely with both the external & internal partners and holding all parties accountable for the agreed actions & outcomesUsing a variety of BI tools & systems, analyze and report on the progress of each strategic partner, through monthly & quarterly business review sessionsTravel as needed (up to 30%) to generate and accelerate momentum with our top-tier strategic alliancesQualifications7+ years of sales or partner-led sales experience (sell-with, sell-to or sell-through)Proven track record of leveraging strategic alliances & partnerships to source and close complex sales opportunitiesFamiliarity with Lease Administration or Lease Accounting technology & servicesStrong strategic planning and business analytics skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and manage win-win collaboration models that produce sustainable shared revenue growthOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsBachelor's degreeThe ideal candidate should exhibit insightsoftware's core values, i.e. results orientation, winning attitude, being one team, disciplined execution, and growth mindset.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
