The Strategic Alliances Manager - Integrations will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing strategic partnerships that enhance our integration partner ecosystem. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, professional services, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with our partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnership management, integration processes and methodologies, and a deep understanding of technology solutions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Partnership/Vendor Development
Identify and evaluate potential strategic integration partners based on customer requirements, sales feedback, and industry analysis. Engage potential partners and vendors from various industries (i.e., HRIS, HCM, EHR, ATS, Home Based Care, etc.) that align with Relias’ strategic integration goals. Build and maintain strong relationships and network with key stakeholders at partner organizations. Develop and negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements in collaboration with leadership, legal department, and information security. Develop and plan joint marketing strategies. Onboard partners through the established go to market process, collaborating with product marketing management, sales, finance, legal, product, and others.• Partnership Strategy
Develop a framework around the standard partnership program including, but not limited to, standard commercial terms, baseline contractual terms, referral program, marketing benefits, etc. Collaborate with product, engineering, and professional services teams to stay abreast of product integration strategies to ensure that partnership framework aligns to technology goals and strategy. Work with the Sales and Client Success organization to maintain an accurate joint sales pipeline and support client calls regarding integrations questions. Ensure pipeline management cadence occurs regularly. Work in collaboration with Relias marketing team to plan, develop, and executive customer and partner marketing strategies and campaigns. Attending vender conferences to represent Relias, network, and build relationships with vendors and existing and prospective customers.• Partner/Vendor Management
Monitor the performance (i.e., OKRs, KPIs, SLAs, etc.) and effectiveness of partner/vendor performance and provide regular updates to manager. Performance metrics shall include, but not be limited to, bookings, revenue, partner fees, referrals, etc. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize processes and performance. Function as point of contact for partner inquiries and escalations on vendor matters.• Market Analysis
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, analyst briefs, and emerging integration technologies to identify new partnership/vendor opportunities. Monitor partner/vendor activities around mergers and acquisitions and how it affects partnership and integration strategies.• Other duties as assigned

• Vendor Management: The skill of strategically overseeing and optimizing relationships with vendors or third-party suppliers. This involves selecting appropriate vendors, monitoring performance, managing risks, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and fostering collaborative partnerships to support operational and strategic goals.
• Initiative: ability and willingness to take independent action, show initiative-taking behavior, and drive progress without being explicitly instructed or directed
• Collaboration: work effectively and harmoniously with others towards a common goal or objective utilizing the skills and attitudes necessary to engage, communicate, and cooperate with individuals or groups, fostering an inclusive and productive work environment
YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, or business development with a focus on SaaS product technology integrations.
• Strong understanding of APIs and integration methods and technologies.
• Exceptional communication and people skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess partnership performance and make data driven decisions.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAD:
• 5+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, or business development, with a focus on technology integrations.

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:
Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30/40 days/quarter.
