Strategic Business Development
The Strategic Business Development Leader will drive IBM’s strategic business development mission globally. This position is ideal for a seasoned business development professional with transactional experience, a deep understanding of the technology sector and the ability to drive growth through long-term engagement and creativity in structuring non-traditional business models and partnerships.
 
You will lead complex, medium- to long-term, strategic transactions end-to-end in partnership with various IBM business units, including by:
·         formulating a growth strategy and stakeholder engagement plan for relevant markets;
·         originating and creatively structuring potential transactions;
·         evaluating transaction rationale and structure;
·         building business cases and generating content articulating deal rationale and value internally and externally; and
·         driving transactions end to end, leading through to completion.
