We are currently looking for a Strategic Business Partner P&C, to support our Finance business unit.
Operating as a key strategic partner, you will support the P&C Manager, to deliver people solutions, programs and practices to the Finance business. In addition, you will lead the people stream associated with our transformation strategy.
What you will be doing:
In the first 30 days, you will engage in your curiosity as you learn more about the Finance business, our organisational structure and the transformation project you will be supporting. We will help you understand our business context and drivers, introduce you to key stakeholders and client groups, and enable you to engage with our wider P&C community.
In the first 60 days, you assist with driving key P&C initiatives and programs, and support with any workforce management activities as needed. Your work with the transformation project will continue as the project develops.
Within the first 90 days, you will understand your client group and our transformation strategy and be delivering confidently. You will have responsibility for:
Supporting the P&C Manager with change initiatives.
Providing P&C advice & support to the business by closely partnering & contributing to the implementation of P&C programs, policies and processes which align to organisational & P&C strategies, whilst also complying with local legal requirements.
Performing day-to-day operational activities to ensure the delivery of effective P&C services to the business.
Coordinating the implementation of key P&C initiatives, such as performance reviews, people survey action plans, compensation review, talent management, leadership and development programs with a global lens.
Supporting the ongoing development of our people managers and employee capabilities to meet the workforce requirements and effective succession planning.
Monitoring and reporting on the development and implementation of employee engagement action plans in partnership with business stakeholders.
Promoting and fostering a performance culture of accountability, ownership and delivery whilst also championing Lendlease’s core values to facilitate continuous improvement learning & performance.
About you:
You will be a high performing HR professional, comfortable operating & communicating with stakeholders at all business level. With a proven track record in strategic planning & operational delivery, you will be equally comfortable providing advice & support on tactical matters, enjoying the variety of responsibility that this role brings. You will be comfortable with change, and happy to jump into new activities as required to support transformation activities as well as day-to-day business HR needs.
