Strategic Capture Manager

What You Will Do:

Partner with segment and account leaders to guide strategic public and commercial pursuits from opportunity qualification to deal close at a high win probability

Facilitate development and execution of strategies and action plans to maximize positioning and win rates for new opportunities, competitive take-aways, key recompetes, and IDIQ pursuits

Coordinate with pursuit and sales support teams to enhance understanding of customer needs, motivators, and awards trends and competitor strengths, vulnerabilities, and bid behaviors

Engage capability and functional leaders to guide the development of innovative, differentiated, and holistic solutions (technical, management, teaming, staffing, and price) to address complex business challenges

Coordinate with Customer Access to exploit governmentwide contract vehicles and Mentor-Protege Joint Ventures

What You Will Need:

Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. 

Eight (8) + years’ experience leading the successful capture of large, complex pursuits for Federal contracts of at least $50M

Prior experience with structured capture and proposal methodologies

Ability to work as part of an integrated account and opportunity capture team in a matrixed organization with strong collaboration and teamwork

Ability to advance large-scale opportunities through the entire capture life cycle, increasing P(Win), and leading to wins

What Would Be Nice To Have:

Experience leading GSA FEDSIM captures

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
