As a Strategic Client Executive, you will manage the development and application of a mature and dynamic customer plan based on proven methodologies to sustain a long-term business portfolio. You will collaborate across the organization and partner in discussions to impact the broader ecosystem, such as passing legislation. You'll also have the opportunity to leverage close relationships with leaders, including senior leaders and C-level executives, of the assigned account and the broader ecosystem to shape long-term strategic direction and influence business metrics. You will expand strategic customer relationships to drive larger impacts for the customer and spread into other areas of the organization. You will anticipate issues and risks related to customer satisfaction, determine the root cause of problems, remove blockers, and establish recovery action plans to improve the customer's overall experience. You will own the development of strategies that showcase the value added by Microsoft's innovative cloud offerings and ideas grounded in a deep understanding of industry trends and based on account needs and customer expectations. You will leverage your internal network of industry experts to strengthen your knowledge of the industry, competitors, and customer business priorities. Additionally, you will use your in-depth knowledge of Microsoft's offerings to share knowledge internally, influence customers' business capabilities, drive more competitive solutions, and enhance the growth of the account team.
