Our Legal organisation focuses on connecting our customers’ businesses to the ever-changing legal and regulatory environment. We provide critical online and print information, decision support tools, software and services to lawyers who practice in law firms, in corporate legal departments and in the Public and Third Sector.
Role Purpose/Summary:
Reporting to the Strategic Sales Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to join the Strategic Sales team in a role designed to support our growth by nourishing, building and growing relationships with our strategic clients.
Responsible for working with our existing strategic accounts you will be one of the main point of contacts for our customers by being their ‘Trusted Adviser’.
About The Role
Working hand-in-hand with the Strategic Account Directors you will be responsible for the client renewal schedule and ensuring that the necessary contracts are issued and closed on time and in line with Sales targets.When a client is not comfortable or wants to expand their relationship at the renewal then the Client Manager will alert the Strategic Client Directors to engage the wider Account Team to establish next steps.The Strategic Client Manager is responsible for the implementation of Account Plans and Contact for all your strategic accounts that have both short-term objectives and long-term goals.Speaking with customers on a regular basis to confirm client experience and satisfaction – this is a client customer success role.Coordinating with multiple departments and teams to ensure wider sales objectives and performance goals are met.Delivering exceptional service and being at the forefront of owning and fixing client issues and challenges.Proactively establishing professional and productive relationships with stakeholders in client accounts.Ensuring client invoices are understood, reconcile to requirements and when disputed work with the AR Team and client to resolve.Assessing, clarifying, and validating customer requirements, needs, and goals on a consistent basis.Managing new client onboarding, training and support.About You
