Strategic CRM Manager
**ABOUT YOU** The CRM Administrator handles delivering business value to drive sales and improve efficiencies via the companies CRM platform. The individual must be comfortable communicating and presenting to technical and non-technical audiences. This role will focus on delivering incremental value by driving CRM product changes and work closely with teams of developers, designers, and business partners. We hire the best and the brightest from across the country – constructing a team of experts in architecture, design, engineering, project management, and business services. **A DAY IN THE LIFE** + Gains a thorough understanding of Associate needs and uses that knowledge to help deliver Salesforce.com product that provide ARCO Design/Build Associates with a best-in-class Customer Relationship Management experience. + Translates business goals and end-user needs into CRM product strategy; communicates direction and platform product priorities to both internal teams as well as external partners. + Identifies goals, metrics, and analytics to determine product value; make recommendations and refinements to the CRM product backlog based on learnings. + Conduct end-user research to help identify and/or refine user stories and help determine requirements. + Proficient in both CRM Sales Cloud as well as Marketing CRM Coud environments + Monitors CRM product offerings and feature sets, as well as future Salesforce.com roadmap and periodic releases. + Work with cross functional teams to identify integration opportunities with other key business systems, including Procore, Viewpoint Vista, and others. + Technical ownership of other Sales & Marketing platforms, including ZoomInfo, Costar, etc. + Ensure the CRM product is aligned with company, stakeholder and end-user priorities to drive sales, improve efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction + Documents, reviews and ensures that all quality and change control standards are met + Formulates, tests and refines assumptions through user research and testing + Creates, prioritizes and accepts user stories; incorporate them into release planning + Makes CRM product decisions & recommendations that drive value + Identifies pros, cons, issues, obstacles, dependencies, and value associated with features and enhancements + Produces design, identifies solutions, and/or configures CRM product settings, objects, flows, etc. to ultimately deliver periodic changes to Salesforce.com application following agile methodologies + Participates in standups, iteration planning sessions, product demos and retrospectives + Condenses complex technical concepts into non-technical language for stakeholders + Handles Associate configuration, onboarding, and continued trainings ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are updated and available. + Fosters communication with team members to drive value and collectively identify and resolve impediments. + Advocates for the end-user and stakeholder by empathizing with and understanding user needs to become a domain expert. + Regularly works with the product team to continuously assess progress, disseminate lessons learned, and understand next steps. **NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS** + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a field of study related to the role. + 6+ years of relevant work experience in well-known CRM applications + Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption. + Experience working as a CRM Manager in an enterprise environment, across various CRM products + Experience working in a fast paced, fluid environment with shifting priorities + Experience communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels in the organization + Experience creating, prioritizing and accepting user stories + Experience conducting user research and testing to understand needs + Experience identifying goals, metrics and analytics to measure Salesforce.com value + Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards. + A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion. **Preferred Qualifications & Skills:** + Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality. + Salesforce.com 101 Administrator or 201 Advanced Administrator Certification + Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification + CRM Experience that could include Hubspot, Microsoft Dynamics, or other enterprise grade CRM. + Demonstrated experience in modern software development practices and agile methodologies, test driven development, and continuous deployment + Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred. **MAKE YOUR MOVE** We are proud to be one of the fastest-growing, privately-owned companies in America, celebrating over 30 years of experience as design-build experts.
