iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Strategic Digital Partnerships Associate VIE in our Business Development team you will will work closely with our business development and alliance management team to support strategic initiatives, operational processes, competitive research, and transactional activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic and rapidly evolving digital space within the biopharma industry. This position will provide you with valuable exposure to various aspects of digital business development within the biopharma sector.

Main responsibilities:

Collaborate with the business development team to optimize operational processes and ensure smooth execution of deals and partnerships.Assist in the preparation of business development reports, presentations, dashboards, and other critical communications.Assist in the formulation and execution of business development strategies and initiatives to drive growth and achieve company objectives.Contribute to the development of potential partner landscape analyses and build/buy/partner assessments.Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential competitors, market trends, and emerging opportunities.Monitor industry developments, track competitor activities, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.On a case-by-case basis, potential to support the Business Development (BD) leads in evaluation and execution of various business transactions, including licensing agreements, partnerships, and acquisitions.Potential to contribute to due diligence efforts by gathering and analyzing relevant data, financial information, and market intelligence.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Research and Development (R&D), finance, legal, and marketing, to ensure alignment and integration of business development activities with the overall company strategy.Support the coordination of internal and external stakeholders throughout the deal-making process.

About you

Experience:

1+ year of experience in the healthcare industry.Understanding of R&D and digital technology.
 

Soft and Technical skills:

Strong interest in the biopharmaceutical industry and business development.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools.Proficiency in conducting market research and competitive analysis would be an asset.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Willingness and ability to learn quickly, apply knowledge, and strong intellectual curiosity.
 

Education:

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Technology, Health Science or similar field.
 

Languages:

Fluent English (written and verbal).
