Strategic - EIS Specialist

Investment Analysis: Conducting thorough analysis and due diligence on potential EIS-qualifying companies to assess their growth potential, financial viability, and eligibility for EIS investment.
Client Consultation: Advising clients on EIS investment opportunities, tax benefits, and the implications of EIS investments on their overall financial strategy.
Compliance Management: Ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations and requirements for EIS-qualifying investments, including the preparation of necessary documentation and adherence to investment guidelines.
Investor Relations: Interacting with investors, addressing their queries, and providing them with information about EIS-qualifying opportunities, tax implications, and investment strategies.
Tax Planning: Collaborating with tax professionals to develop tax-efficient investment structures and strategies that leverage EIS tax reliefs for investors.
Portfolio Management: Monitoring and managing EIS investment portfolios, tracking performance, and making informed decisions regarding investment allocations and diversification.
Industry Research: Staying updated on industry trends, market developments, and changes in EIS regulations to inform investment decisions and client recommendations.

Profile Requirement In-depth Knowledge of EIS Regulations: Understanding the specific rules, tax reliefs, and compliance requirements of the Enterprise Investment Scheme is crucial. Financial Analysis and Due Diligence: Strong analytical skills to evaluate the financial health and growth potential of early-stage companies. Tax Planning Expertise: Proficiency in tax planning and the ability to advise clients on tax-efficient investment strategies. Investment Management: Experience in managing investment portfolios, including risk assessment and diversification strategies. Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with HMRC regulations and the ability to ensure that investments comply with all legal requirements. Who are we? Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
