Investment Analysis: Conducting thorough analysis and due diligence on potential EIS-qualifying companies to assess their growth potential, financial viability, and eligibility for EIS investment.
Client Consultation: Advising clients on EIS investment opportunities, tax benefits, and the implications of EIS investments on their overall financial strategy.
Compliance Management: Ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations and requirements for EIS-qualifying investments, including the preparation of necessary documentation and adherence to investment guidelines.
Investor Relations: Interacting with investors, addressing their queries, and providing them with information about EIS-qualifying opportunities, tax implications, and investment strategies.
Tax Planning: Collaborating with tax professionals to develop tax-efficient investment structures and strategies that leverage EIS tax reliefs for investors.
Portfolio Management: Monitoring and managing EIS investment portfolios, tracking performance, and making informed decisions regarding investment allocations and diversification.
Industry Research: Staying updated on industry trends, market developments, and changes in EIS regulations to inform investment decisions and client recommendations.

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
