Microsoft’s Enterprise Account Team focuses on partnering with customers to achieve their strategic goals. This team is responsible for providing a differentiated Customer experience for our customers, deliver wins against the competition by establishing Microsoft as a market leader, and maximise Microsoft’s share of wallet. In order to meet these objectives, it is critical to orchestrate the team to deliver solutions that result in targeted business outcomes and driving revenue growth for Microsoft. The success of the client engagement will be measured but not limited to billed revenue, consumption, and adoption of cloud and AI services.
As a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in leading the account relationship, driving customer outcomes, advocating for the client within Microsoft, and delivering operational excellence, while carefully orchestrating account aligned resources. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to drive Transformation in partnership with one of our most Strategic customers with a focus on AI, Copilot and Security to achieve both Microsoft and customer business outcomes. In order to do so, you will leverage the multi-functional team across the breadth of the Microsoft solutions portfolio, engage at the most senior levels of your customer and bring industry-relevant solutions to help the customer adopt and embrace digital technologies.
With a proven history of driving growth in market share, achieving sales targets, customer obsession, and partner collaboration, this role will give the opportunity to leverage your extensive customer network and sales experience to execute against your customer’s account plan. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home, with the other 50% to be onsite with the client/in the office.

**Responsibilities**
+ Customer Advocate – Develops and oversees the execution of account plan(s) to ensure Microsoft revenue targets and customer outcomes are met.
+ Engages with internal and external stakeholders on business planning, to promote mutually beneficial customer digital transformation strategies.
+ Orchestrate full customer team across all areas of Microsoft to ensure we are focused on delivering customer outcomes across the customer lifecycle to build deep trust with Microsoft.
+ Industry Relevant Trusted Seller – Proactively develops a strong understanding of the customer’s business, industry priorities to drive new business opportunities/ drive growth/net new business.
+ Advocates on behalf of the customer internally, ensuring requests and needs of assigned accounts are being addressed.
+ Deliver Sales Excellence -
+ Orchestrates the creation of long-term strategies aimed at building a level of loyalty that would be hard for competitors to overcome. Anticipates issues/risks on customer satisfaction, determines the root cause of problems, removes blockers, and establishes recovery action plan to improve customer's overall experience. Builds trust and loyalty with the customer by providing up-to-date insights, challenging the customer when necessary, and introducing innovative ideas relevant to the customer's business strategy. Enables customers to provide feedback directly to executives to help transform account space by establishing open communication channels for feedback, providing executive sponsorship, and providing direction to others to ensure customer feedback is addressed through One Microsoft approach.
+ Orchestrates high-impact solutions that enable digital transformation for assigned accounts and drive outcomes that create business value for customers. Owns the development of strategies that showcase the value added by Microsoft's innovative cloud offerings and ideas grounded on a deep understanding of industry trends and based on account needs and customer's expectations. Brings greater ecosystem together with the customer to discuss how to enrich customer's value to their customers.
+ Creates and qualifies new opportunities by identifying strategic opportunities (e.g., large, long-term) within accounts and guiding the customer on how to best identify new opportunities, leveraging deep customer and industry relationships and consultative selling skills. Drives new business opportunities across the team by creating a partner ecosystem, and empowers team members to find new opportunities by acting as a role model and by setting a clear vision and energy for the team to drive towards.Deliver Sales Excellence –
+ Industry Knowledge – Builds and maintains a strong knowledge of customers’ industry, associated business strategy, and key industry partners and solutions. Gains deeper insights and knowledge through direct engagement in their customers’ business and operations.
**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications**
+ Track record of confidently holding executive level relationships and influencing at senior levels within customers
+ Several years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Business Consulting or Consultative Selling, preferably in Digital Technology or similar areas
+ You must be legally authorised to work in “United Kingdom” to be eligible for this role. _(Legally authorised = Has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit). Relocation expenses are not provided as part of this role._
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ FSI industry/Banking knowledge and experience either as a customer or as a supplier is desired but not essential.
