Strategic Execution Office Leader, IGTs
The **Strategic Execution Office (SEO)** serves as the operational nerve center for Image Guided Therapy System (IGTs)’s strategic initiatives. Its purpose is to transform strategic aspirations into tangible, measurable results. Acting as the connective tissue between vision and execution, the SEO Leader drives governance, accountability, and performance tracking, enabling a culture of delivery excellence. The SEO Leader facilitates strategic clarity, ensures organizational alignment, and optimizes resource allocation, all while leaving execution responsibilities to relevant leadership and their teams. **Your Role:** + Work with the IGTS Leadership Team and IGT Strategy Leader to prioritize the strategic initiatives that create maximum value for the Business Unit (BU). The SEO Leaderthen works with the Leadership owners to develop a comprehensive annual strategic plan, breaking down the overall strategy into comprehensive initiatives, complete with timelines, milestones, and assigned responsibilities. + Establishes a clear accountability matrix that links each initiative to specific individuals or teams who will be 100% accountable ensuring a seamless execution across imperatives. + Reporting monthly progress reviews, quarterly strategy recalibrations, and an annual comprehensive assessment, with updates provided to the Executive Committee, the Board of Management, and, when needed, the Supervisory Board. + Implement clear feedback mechanisms to capture insights from initiative execution, continuously benchmark capabilities against industry best practices and incorporate learnings to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. + Work closely with the CFO and CHRO to ensure initiatives are adequately resourced in terms of budget, talent, and capabilities. + Drive a culture of execution excellence, where delivering against strategic commitments is a top priority. Foster an environment where accountability is clear and performance is openly discussed, ensuring that everyone is aligned and focused on strategic goals. **You’re the Right Fit If:** + Bachelor's degree, MBA, or Master’s preferred + At least 10 years of experience working within commercial strategy, commercial operations, capital investment, M&A, business transformation program management, or other analytically and process-oriented functions; experience as a management consultant or private equity is strongly preferred. + Gravitas and earned authority to deal with and manage senior stakeholders to challenge the status quo. + Consulting skills, and ability to operate in a highly matrixed structure. + Solid experience in continuous improvement (ideally including daily management and problem-solving). + Previous experience with transforming organizations regarding execution excellence using continuous learning and a psychological safety environment. + Strong skills in Microsoft Project or equivalent. Experience with Agile or sprint methodology a plus. + Results-oriented combined with strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities. + Highly energetic and able to operate in a complex environment. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
