Strategic HR Business Partner (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Strategic HR Business Partner (f/m/d) to join our Group and make a tangible impact at Endress+Hauser Flow. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive the HR and Business strategy for our Technology and Marketing organizations and create significant value within our largest division in terms of people and organizational development. Join our Product Center for Flow Measurement, where your contributions will be essential in shaping our business success and growth objectives.

 

What is the role about?
Are you passionate about strategic HR initiatives? Do you excel at partnering with leaders to drive change? Can you envision and execute HR strategies that align with business goals? If so, this role is perfect for you! As a Strategic HR Business Partner, you'll be instrumental in fostering collaboration with key stakeholders across the Technology and Marketing departments. Based in our Product Center, you'll work alongside dedicated professionals, driving HR strategies and transformation projects that support our organization's dynamic growth.

 

Which tasks will you perform?
You will:

Lead strategic HR initiatives collaborating with the senior management in R&D, Industrial Engineering and Marketing (approx. 600 employees).Act as a strategic partner for the leadership teams in these divisions, providing situation-based guidance, coaching and consulting.Collaborate closely with HR experts to drive talent and leadership development as well as organizational development.Design and lead change projects for the relevant business areas, supporting communication and embedding changes effectively.Work in partnership with HR Business Partners, HR Experts and HR Shared Services to coordinate and ensure all HR activities align with the organization's goals.

 

What do we expect from you?
You:

Have a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Possess additional training that complements strategic HR competencies like Organizational Development, Project Management or evidence-based HR Management.Bring over 10 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role within international industrial companies.Demonstrate strong assertiveness, stakeholder management and communication skills.Exhibit strategic understanding and thinking to recognize and understand business connections.Are an open, pragmatic, and solution-oriented individual with a confident and engaging presence, high social competence, and a team-oriented work style.Communicate fluently in both German and English.
