Summary:
The Strategic Information Manager is responsible providing business support in areas including but not limited to service delivery governance, service level performance measurement, management of account level change process, identifying and developing value creation opportunities for the client.
Key Responsibilities Governance
Service Level Performance Measurement
Design and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI) to provide insights into facility operations, energy usage, and maintenance performance. Develop and monitor KPIs, such as energy efficiency, asset uptime, and budget adherence. Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify improvement opportunities. Partner with clients and leadership to establish performance metrics and improvement targets. Analyze performance gaps, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend actionable solutions. Monitor progress on action plans to ensure successful outcomes.Account-Level Change Management
Optimize workflows by recommending data-driven process improvements. Support account-level changes by assessing impacts and ensuring timely execution. Oversee the change process, ensuring stakeholder alignment and adherence to service-level requirements. Collaborate on amendments to master service agreements as needed.Value Creation
Work closely with facility managers, engineers, and leadership to deliver tailored analytics solutions. Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements through data analysis. Develop business cases and roadmaps to drive value creation aligned with client goals. Present recommendations to clients and secure approvals for implementation.Process Improvement & Strategic Initiatives
Leverage statistical models and machine learning to predict equipment failures, energy trends, and budget variances. Support sustainability initiatives by analyzing energy consumption and environmental data. Lead process audits, refine workflows, and drive adoption of improved processes. Contribute to strategic initiatives by conducting value analysis and monitoring execution. Stay ahead of industry trends to propose innovative solutions and share best practices through the Strategic Information Management Council.Reporting & Analysis
Aggregate data from CMMS, BMS, IoT sensors, and financial systems to create unified operational insights. Deliver on-demand analytics and reporting to address client needs and escalations. Prepare reports and analyses for quarterly business reviews. Train internal teams on BI tools to empower data-driven decision-making.Knowledge & Skills

BGIS is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. BGIS has different pay ranges for different work locations within the United States which allows us to pay team members competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location.
The salary range for this exempt position in the US is $80,000-$90,000
A candidate’s salary offer is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, certifications, licenses, and location.
