Key Tasks: * Strategic Initiatives Analyst will contribute to the creation of strategic plans by identifying key initiatives that align with long-term organizational objectives * Perform external market research, industry evaluations, and competitive analysis to provide insights for strategic decision-making * Oversee program development with key partners to define project scope, objectives, ownership, and success criteria * Utilize agendas, status reports, and decision frameworks to facilitate effective execution and decision-making * Analyze trends within the insurance industry and suggest actions to adapt future strategies * Employ a range of third-party tools, publications, and internal data to deliver timely and precise competitive research and market analysis relevant to organizational capabilities * Organize and lead regular meetings and program reviews addressing both internal and external topics of interest for senior leadership * As a Strategic Initiatives Analyst, you will develop expertise across multiple project engagements within a unified platform * Continuously seek and implement improvements in strategic planning and execution processes, incorporating feedback and lessons learned * Create and maintain a repository of valuable competitive intelligence materials (e.g., profiles, battlecards, newsletters) for business use
