**What You’ll Be Doing**
As an Insights and Analytics Consultant, you will be responsible for reporting and presenting Talent Acquisition’s portfolio of performance, operational, and integrated insights to leadership. As a member of the Talent Acquisition (TA) Centre of Excellence (COE) team, this individual will be an integral partner to all TA operations teams, providing the collection, interpretation, and dissemination of TA insights through data analytics (including MoM, QoQ, YoY trends, drivers of trends, primary market research, and forecasting). The Insights and Analytics Consultant will also work closely with other COE team members to help optimize and elevate the TA function through automation, insights, and special projects.

**How You’ll Succeed**
+ **Being a Strategic Insights Partner** – Provide meaningful and valuable insights by leveraging data from a multitude of different sources and over different periods of time (Month over Month, Quarter over Quarter, and Year over Year) to yield informed narratives and recommendations on strategies and next steps.
+ **Being an Effective Storyteller** – Present and distill complex analytics into succinct, executive-ready presentations to help drive forward objectives and strategies.
+ **Optimizing TA Insights** – Drive and optimize performance benchmarks, capacity planning, and TA performance scorecards.
+ **Challenging the Status Quo and Discovering New Approaches/Perspectives** – Partner with other TA analytics and COE team members to imagine a world of possibilities on how we can make things better, faster, or more effective to elevate our TA function through automation, business intelligence insights, or strategic initiatives.
+ **Being a Collaborative Partner** – Partner with various cross-functional teams, such as People and Analytics, to design and develop new Workday reports or Tableau reports to support our function.
**Who You Are**
+ **You are passionate about data, insights, and strategy** . You are naturally curious and get excited about analyzing data themes, investigating problems, and testing theories from different angles and perspectives. You're confident in your ability to communicate detailed information in an impactful way.
+ **You can demonstrate experience in an analytics and insights function** – BA/BS with a minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer or business marketing insights analytics, human resources, talent insights, workforce management, sales performance, business intelligence, or forecasting.
+ **You can demonstrate experience with reporting tools** , leveraging Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint at an advanced level to build tables, charts, pivots, and variances to support analytical work efforts. It is also ideal that you have experience leveraging Power BI and Power Automate.
