You will be a Strategic Integration Lead for our International Integration team. Our team is responsible for driving strategic initiatives and making informed decisions to achieve business objectives.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Strategic Integration Lead, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing information from diverse sources to identify key insights and trends. You will also develop and execute comprehensive plans to achieve business objectives, aligning with overall organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include:
• Collecting, distilling, and analyzing relevant plans and data from various sources
• Analyzing and synthesizing data to identify gaps, risks, synergies, opportunities, and connection points
• Developing recommendations based on findings, including updates to policies and procedures
• Coordinating with Global Supply Chain (GSC) to identify Lockheed Martin worldwide second sourcing requirements
• Identifying and recommending funding streams, resources, and other support to address themes across programs
• Leading the process to ensure approved recommendations and actions are executed upon
• Executing the review process, including development of prep and presentation materials, and presenting findings and recommendations to various stakeholders

• Experience with risk management, with a strong understanding of potential risks and opportunities.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and take calculated risks.
• Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of time
• Must be a U.S citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
• Combination of systems engineering, Industrial engineering or operational engineering and program management skills, with a strong understanding of systems integration and planning principles.
• Experience with risk and data analytics tools, such as: ROADS,Tableau, Power BI, or R.
• Proven ability to develop and execute complex data analysis and visualization projects.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $146,800 - $276,600. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $127,700 - $244,600. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
