Strategic Marketing Analyst

**What you’ll do:**
• Collaborate with marketing directors / senior leadership team and assist them in developing strat plan strategy and profit plan presentations.
• Provide operational support to various PLMs, Marketing Directors, VPs, and other senior leaders.
• Work in conjunction with research analysts to understand market trends and competitor activities across diverse product lines.
• Translate market research insights and segment highlights into sales training decks, customer presentations, competitive landscape, etc. to facilitate sales enablement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams within Eaton in the execution and delivery of certain strategic marketing initiatives.
• Track, monitor, and report on the progress of various short time projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
**Qualifications:**
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in management or marketing
• 4-7 years of experience in any marketing operations role
**Skills:**
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of market research reports, whitepapers, segment developments, product updates, etc.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Background in a manufacturing industry or an industrial environment is preferable.
• Strong demonstration of ability to work collaboratively with a wide cross section of teams – research analysts, PLMS, marketing, and the leadership team.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to receive, interpret, and implement constructive feedback from project stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
