Why Join Us | DuPont Careers (https://careers.dupont.com/us/en/whyjoinus) **Job Description** **Strategic Marketing Manager** **Description:** The strategic marketing leader in the Semiconductor Technologies business is responsible for driving analysis of semiconductor market and technology trends, developing M&A opportunity pipeline, supporting strategic marketing activities, and creating high-level messages and presentations for senior executives, corporate, and external audiences. **Responsibilities:** + Analyze the semiconductor market and economic environment including monitoring end-user trends impacting market demand and tracking worldwide customer investment plans. + Provide corporate level competitive analysis by monitoring and reporting on the market, customers, and competitors to a variety of stakeholders. + Act as the primary interface for DuPont engagement with 3rd party market research companies. + Provide leadership and direction for semiconductor industry technology trends including device technology roadmaps as well as implications for the business units. + Work with a team of marketing and technical professionals to identify key challenges for future technologies with a primary focus on advanced logic, DRAM, and 3D NAND scaling. + Proactively identify and cultivate potential acquisition targets that complement the business portfolio, enhance market presence, or introduce new technological capabilities along with strategic fit assessment and financial analysis. + Collaborate with business units and corporate team to assess and identify opportunities. Ensure that M&A targets align with long-term strategic goals. + Create executive presentations for internal and external audiences. **Qualifications:** + Advanced degree (M.S./ Ph. D) in science and/or engineering preferred; MBA additional preferred. + Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy, M&A, and technical marketing roles within the semiconductor industry. + Demonstrated leadership and expertise in semiconductor market and technology analysis with comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, FEOL/ BEOL processes, and knowledge of advanced packaging technologies. + Ability to think strategically for purposes of recommending positions and point of view for executive management. + Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, engage effectively with senior executives, and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment with challenging project deadlines. + Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey strategic insights and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization **.** + Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities. **Job location:** Newark, Delaware, United States of America or Singapore **Job Type:** Internal/External **Job Grade:** L17-18 Join our Talent Community (http://careers.dupont.com/us/en/jointalentcommunity) to stay connected with us!
