Strategic Marketing Trainee

SUMMARY:
Support Regional Strategic Marketing initiatives including strategic planning, product management & sustainability
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
+ Assist in market research, market intelligence, competitor analysis etc.
+ Assist in regional product lifecycle management
+ Prepare the regional new product performance score card
+ Coordinate & ensure documentation compliance of the regional new product development stage gate process
+ Work with each country/function leaders to prepare sustainability update on a quarterly basis
+ Support to organize sustainability awareness trainings/campaign in the regional level per required
+ Other strategic marketing related task/reporting per requirement
EDUCATION:
+ Bachelor's degree or above
MANAGEMENT:
+ N/A
QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Engineering background is preferred such as Mechanical Engineering or Environmental Engineering, marketing background is also fine if the candidates has strong communication skill & problem solving skill
+ 1-2 years working/internship experience, preferably in related industry
+ Strong Communication skills
+ Fast learner
+ Effective personal time management and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
+ Languages: Fluent written and spoken English
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
