Strategic Operations & Project Management

Drive strategic development of Security team, including Annual Planning, KPI settings, Budget/Hiring tracking, etc. Support executive and management communications, including the preparation of Monthly/Quarterly reporting materials, KPI tracking, Key Project Progress reviews, etc. (Audience of such reports are mainly C-level & V-level leaders)  Collect and analyze monthly security metrics, prepare Monthly Metrics Reports for executive team reviews; Establish and maintain an efficient tool management system, including cost tracking, license tracking, renewal tracking, tool performance analysis, etc. Coordinate with BUs to accomplish annual product inventory audit and prepare half-year product inventory reports. Maintain regular updates to ensure security coverage. Support to facilitate the communication and collaboration of global teams, translation skills preferred (Chinese/English) Other strategy planning and business management related works

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of working experience in operations and project management Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)

 

Preferred Qualifications

Experience driving strategic projects to completion Experience managing project and program budgets Strong experience managing communications for events, including meeting and event planning Experience with annual inventory audits and cost tracking a plus

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $63k – 88k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
