Strategic & Organizational Planning Analyst TS/SCI with Poly REQUIRED
Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking candidates for the role of Strategic and Organizational Planning Analyst to support a USG agency in Northern Virginia. Successful candidates in this role will provide support for a USG agency component at the executive program level.

This position is located in Chantilly, VA.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

* In support to the Sponsor's executive leadership, develop and evolve documents and engagement for Sponsor strategy, program overviews, policy and implementation goals for stakeholders, users and leadership external to the Sponsor.
* Provide expertise, best practices, and practical solutions to develop and execute a program management plan across efforts and implement strategy for program success.
* Integrate Sponsor engagement strategy as part of the overall requirements management strategy for the department.
* Support the development, implementation, and execution of governance requirements to enable Sponsor's strategic priorities.
* Support all facets of effort to develop and execute strategy and change, to achieve the goals and objectives as set by the Sponsor's executive leadership.
* Engage across organization and management levels to provide recommendations for business process improvements, support the transition and integration of improvements.
* Support the development of strategic technical

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

* An Industrial Security Staff Approval/Top Secret (ISSA/TS) clearance with polygraph.
* Twelve (12) years of experience supporting the Sponsor and/or Sponsor Agency, performing work specific to crafting policy and/or governance documents, revising policy and governance documents, and coordinating the formalization of said documents into policy.
* Demonstrated experiences in the application and interpretation of Director of National Intelligence Directives, Agency Regulations, National Industrial Security Program, Executive Orders and other National Level policies relating to the Sponsor and/or Sponsor Agency.
* Demonstrated experience working performing the full-life cycle policy development, interpretation and implementation within the Sponsor, Sponsor Agency (comprised of +20 units focused on policy and relevant stakeholder), and/or Sponsors community partners, as well as the Department of Justice.
* Demonstrated familiarity with the Sponsor and/or Sponsor Agency's policies and regulations for managing

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $99,200.00 - $241,600.00.
