Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
+ Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
+ Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently in order to communicate with local external partners.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Experience managing end-to-end partnerships.
+ Knowledge of AdSense, AdMob, Google Ad Manager and expertise in the domain.
+ Ability to communicate in Spanish fluently to support client relationship management.
+ Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) and the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.

Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.
In this role, you will provide creative, industry-leading online advertising solutions for app publishers and developers and identify new opportunities. You will help grow Google's business with the largest online publishers and provide account management for users of Admob, Google Ad Manager and more.
You will provide client service, research, and market analysis, you will also solve problems, using Google and third-party data to develop a strategic perspective on customer focused insights and solutions. You will anticipate how decisions are made, explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and showcase how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you will set the direction and strategy for how their business generation strategy impacts their business and their users. You will work with developers and be a trusted partner who will help them grow their businesses.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
+ Manage a portfolio of publisher accounts.
+ Engage with partners in virtual and in-person interactions, helping shape their long-term goals while executing daily operations to increase ad business growth.
+ Identify tests faced by publishers, users, and Google in app advertising and provide Market-to-Product feedback to shape the future of our app business generation platforms.
+ Lead discussions with C-level executives at partner companies.
+ Collaborate with Product Managers, sharing feedback from partners and facilitating direct engagement between them.
