Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships or account management.
+ Experience in account management.
+ Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently to be able to communicate with Israeli based partners.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Master's degree or other advanced degree.
+ Experience working with Ad Manager.
+ Understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem.
+ Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.
+ Detail-oriented, analytical, and ability to prioritize, plan, and organize sales activity.
+ Proven track record in managing key CXO relationships, complex partners/clients - including tech sales, business development, account management, etc.

Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.
The Global Partnerships (GP) Sellside team aims to empower digital platforms and content creators by funding the world's information. Within Sellside, the Large Partner Solutions (LPS) team cultivates strong relationships with key partners in news, media, and Ad-tech, driving business growth, innovation, and ecosystem protection.
As a Strategic Partner Manager, you'll leverage Google's publisher business generation products like Ad Manager and AdSense to maximize partner business. Building relationships with web publishers, you'll act as a consultant, using data-driven decisions to position Google as an industry leader.
You'll develop business generation strategies, considering market conditions, competition, and partner needs. Identifying growth opportunities, you'll influence product launches and expand partner impact.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
+ Manage a portfolio of strategic web publishers in Israel with a focus to maximize business growth.
+ Build trusted and strategic relationships with partners and develop a thorough understanding of their business challenges. Understand the client’s challenges/opportunities of growth.
+ Cross-promote new products or features that will have a positive impact on partner relationships. Assist with partners' business goals by proposing optimal and creative solutions.
+ Manage relationships with internal stakeholders including leadership and a broad spectrum of other functions, such as Product, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing to drive success for partners.
+ Provide thought leadership, define strategy, and drive execution of key deals.
