The Strategic Partnerships Specialist provides comprehensive support for both the external strategic partnership portfolio and the internal partnership team that is responsible for identifying, investigating, analyzing, negotiating and forming third-party strategic alliance to create mutually beneficial business partnerships/arrangements. This incumbent is responsible for task management, problem resolution, and proactive communication with strategic partnership leaders. Additionally, acting as the primary liaison for their managed strategic accounts, assists with enhancing the organization’s market presence and achieving collaborative objectives.
Essential Functions:
Performs the day-to-day administrative tasks for the Strategic Partnerships Team. Acting as the primary internal resource for our external strategic accounts addresses inquires and researches questions. Collaborates with internal leadership and external partners to build and maintain relationships. Partners with internal teams to handle issue resolution. Communicates via email blasts, phone calls, new policies, and proactive call campaigns. Conducts new travel partner trainings, including creating presentations, delivering training, and handling follow up. Delivers high-quality training p presentation through regional sales training, product training, boot camps, immersion trainings, from creation to follow up Coordinates partner and in-house meetings, handling all logistics including venue selection, budget administration, and set-up (including AV). Participates as a key team member in event organization and coordination. Attends meetings, takes notes, and distributes materials. Represents the team at regular partner business updates and follows up on action items. Manages the strategic partnership team’s master calendar, including sales meetings, account meetings, conferences, and Excellence Awards. Ensures events are coordinated with and attended by senior leaders as appropriate. Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by the managerQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required 3+ years of experience in administrative support for strategic partnerships or similar roles Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams); and other relevant software, technologies, and applications essential for successfully performance in this role Experience in the Cruise, Travel, Tourism and/or Hospitality industry Experience related to travel-industry partnerships partner/customer/product account management strongly desired.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Requires regular movement throughout CCL facilities.
Travel: 0- 25% shoreside and shipboard travel likely.
Work Conditions: Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
This position is classified as “remote.” As a remote role, it allows employees to work full-time from their home. It may also require regular travel to Carnival headquarters in Miami, FL for in-office collaboration. Sourcing of candidates is primarily done in Carnival’s remote hubs of Orlando, Tampa, Atlanta, Houston, and Dallas. If the search is extended past those areas, candidates must be located in one of the following U.S. states: FL, GA, TX and NC
