About the Role:

The Strategic Partnerships Leader will play a critical role in identifying strategic partnership opportunities and nurturing partnerships to drive new- and existing business growth across Pathward’s lines of business while building brand recognition.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated strategic thinker and self-starter who thrives in entrepreneurial environments, loves variety, and is a strong negotiator with a bias for action. This role will be highly visible and requires passion for driving financial inclusion for all. This role will report to the SVP, Communications, Sustainability, and Public Policy.

What You Will Do:

Translates your solid understanding of Pathward’s assets and new business opportunities pitch multi-dimensional, innovative partnerships to existing and potential partners and customers in the payments and lending ecosystem. Serves as a consultative resource to prospective partners, customers and nonprofit organizations, understanding their challenges and identifying how Pathward can address their needs. Collaborates with business development leads and revenue marketing leadership to negotiate and secure new partnership agreements that drive growth and revenue. Alongside the community impact team, builds and fosters relationships with nonprofit organizations and NGOs that have a shared purpose and support economic mobility. Identify opportunities for expanded nonprofit partnerships and collaborate with the Director of DEI and Community Impact in doing so. Works proactively with the business development and marketing teams to build and execute the right external stakeholder engagement strategy. Demonstrates strong organizational and operational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and effective use of data. Partners with Corporate Communications and external partners to share the impact of corporate partnerships across internal and external stakeholder audiences. Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree, Associates degree plus work experience, or equivalent work experience. Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s or equivalent. Salary range: $99,501.91 – $183,764.31

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
