Job Overview The Strategic Pipeline Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the strategic funnel and pipeline, with a focus on overseeing the integrity, accuracy, and accountability of data within CGS's growth and business development systems. This role works closely with the Manager for Growth Strategy and other internal teams to ensure a seamless flow of data and insights through CRM systems, driving actionable intelligence for business development. The Strategic Pipeline Manager is also responsible for supporting market trends analysis, managing customer relationship data, and ensuring alignment of pipeline activities with CGS’s overall growth objectives. This position will play a key role in maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s pipeline management process, contributing directly to increased revenue and market share. Work Model: Hybrid Responsibilities Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Manage, maintain, and optimize CRM and other growth and business development systems to ensure accurate and timely data entry. Work closely with the Manager for Growth Strategy to ensure data alignment with CGS’s strategic goals and market positioning. Collaborate with Capture Managers and business development teams to ensure data integrity across all systems by developing and enforcing processes for data entry accountability and consistency. Conduct regular audits of data quality and make recommendations to improve data accuracy and system performance. Develop metrics, maintain a dashboard, and generate detailed reports and analytics from CRM data, providing actionable insights to senior leaders and members of the business development team. Support cross-departmental teams by providing accurate data for various reporting needs and strategic decision-making. Ensure smooth integration and migration of data between various systems and troubleshoot any data-related issues. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create, modify, and optimize data workflows and processes to improve system efficiency. Work closely with IT to enhance technical capabilities and resolve data-related issues. Ensure compliance with company data management policies, security protocols, and relevant data governance regulations. Oversees and evaluates the daily operation and workflow of data ingest and analysis, developing automated solutions to include reporting and trending. Perform other duties as assigned to support CGS’s business development and growth objectives. Job Requirements Mandatory: Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Data Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in data management, CRM systems, or analytics, with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity. Demonstrated ability to manage data across multiple systems and generate detailed analytics and reports. Proficiency in CRM platforms, data management tools, and reporting software. Knowledge of relational database technology and experience managing multiple data sets, building query logic, and providing outputs. Excellent communication and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues. Ability to travel as needed to support business development and attend industry events.
