STRATEGIC PLANNER\n
Responsible for conducting analysis on various facilities and logistics using Microsoft Office tools, SharePoint, and Task Management Tool. Responsible for planning and oversight of Army Materiel Command facilities, energy, and environmental programs. Provides basic staff products, including Excel worksheets, information papers, and information presentations (PPTx). Responsible for calendar synchronization, integration of staff products, organization of strategic messaging, and operational integration. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.\n
a. Support day-to-day mission planning, review and analyze documentation for meetings and review other forums for daily operations, which includes analysis of strategies, options, alternatives, and acquisition strategy efforts planned or in progress. Provide analytical results and\/or recommendations, including preparation for meetings or other events. Prepare briefings, develop reports, and identify best practices for AMC strategic planning.\n\nAnalyze the AMC G4 strategy, goals, and objectives annually and recommend updates to the Vision, Mission, and Strategic Goals. Review and align AMC G4 documentation with approved updates, e.g., response to inquiries, guidance, testimony, and correspondence.\nSupport AMC G4 leadership in their preparation for briefings to the NationalCommandAuthority, Department of the Army, Department ofDefense, andInternationalagencies.\nSupport Agency Federal Advisory Committee Act programs and implementation.\nReceive, review, and process tasks assigned to the Office of AMC G4 in the suspense tracking system, TMT. Delegate tasks to appropriate action officers and track to closure.\n\n
b. Plan, facilitate, and conduct AMC G4 leadership executive-level off-site activities.\n
c. Develop schedules and participate in applicable AMC G4 administrative duties such as end-of-day security checks, document disposal, classified document accountability, maintenance and management of office records, preparation and processing of travel orders and vouchers, processing timecards, and other routine activities associated with day-to-day operations.\n
