This position is part of the Facilities Management functional area, focusing on the operational aspects of a portfolio of assets and providing essential support to Property Managers regarding repairs and investment plans. **What You’ll Do:** + Design, generate, review, and interpret reports using aggregate data from multiple sources to create comprehensive analyses and recommendations for operational improvements. + Prepare and present analysis results and their business impacts to all levels of management, facilitating informed decision-making. + Act as a project lead, overseeing the analyst team to ensure successful completion of specified projects, including supervisory and managerial activities. + Develop scenario planning tools and models (exit/maintain/grow) and prepare forecasts while analyzing trends in general business conditions. + Support monthly space analysis, providing reports on occupancy trends to enhance operational efficiency. + Manage record-keeping processes to ensure accurate documentation. + Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key systems and processes, assisting teams in day-to-day functions. + Coordinate with personnel from various departments and IT groups to facilitate successful project implementations. + Perform other related duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university is required. + Minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training in facilities management or a similar field. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders. + Proficient in relevant software and tools used for data analysis and project management.
