This is your opportunity to contribute to exciting projects while collaborating with a talented team! **What You’ll Do:** + Lead engaging projects, including painting and patchwork, to enhance our facilities. + Manage significant repairs on architectural elements, cabinets, doors, and windows. + Direct the installation of essential items like shelving and racks to optimize our spaces. + Serve as the main point of contact for front-line clients, expertly handling their requests. + Collaborate with skilled trades personnel on maintenance tasks to keep operations seamless. + Utilize your expertise to solve routine problems and improve our processes. + Model the organization's core values, inspiring your team and fostering a positive work environment. + Simplify complex information for others while enhancing the quality of work within your team. + Manage a robust Space & Occupancy Management system, providing valuable insights into space utilization that inform future projects and business decisions. + Play a key role in optimizing and enhancing planning and budgeting projections for upcoming initiatives. + Ensure data verification for audits, maintaining compliance and accuracy. **Capital Investment Projects:** Participate in the planning and execution of various projects, including AC replacement and equipment optimization across multiple branches.
