Job Position Description:
We are looking for a motivated, orderly, and multidimensional person to take over the position of strategic planning expert with multiple task responsibilities and the CEO's executive assistant. Duties and responsibilities:
Planning Strategic:
- Organizational and external environmental analysis (SWOT, Pestel, etc.).
- Developing and proposing macro strategies and turning them into operational programs.
- Monitoring the implementation of strategies and evaluating their effectiveness.
Multi-Task Duties:
- Coordinate and manage different projects in line with the goals of the organization.
- Perform a variety of tasks in the areas of planning, implementation and supervision.
CEO Executive:
- Coordination of meetings, setting up work plans and managing CEO.
- Provide the reports and documentation needed and follow up by the CEO's decisions.

Skills and Conditions Required:
-Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management, Commerce, Economics or Related.
- At least 5 years of experience in strategic planning, project management or management consulting.
- Mastery of strategic analysis tools (SWOT, BCG matrix, etc.).
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide practical solutions.
- Communication skills and strong (oral and written).
- Mastery of data analysis software such as Excel, SPSS or Tableau.
- The ability to perform multiplicity (multi-task) and time management.
- Analytical thinking, creative and the ability to solve the problem.
