Strategic Planning & Governance Analyst, Global Human Resources Asia Pacific (12-month contract)

Join MUFG, where being inspired is expected and making a meaningful impact is rewarded. **Responsibility** • Supports the business unit lead with deliverables being requested by various cross functional teams, such as (including, but not limited to): • Collecting annual appropriations and midterm business plan submissions • Collecting business unit’s physical space needs and assists with planning • Collecting information needed to comply with stakeholder communications, governance routines, and other routines • Assisting the business unit with resource reporting, compliance with training, resource forecasting, and other resource management responsibilities **Job Requirement** • Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable. • Degree in Operations, Business / Management, Finance, or related. • Related experience preferred • Previous work at a financial services firm preferred • Familiarity with business and financial markets, and with inherent risk in business • Good planning and organizing skills • Communicates effectively • Identifies multiple paths to success through the development of analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills • Exercises sound judgement and strives for continuous improvement • Demonstrates optimism, resilience, flexibility, and openness to others' ideas • Learns while doing • Actively listens and asks thoughtful questions • Leverages available technology to achieve efficiency and results • Engages inclusively and with intent • Always acts with integrity • Analytical thinking • Iterative problem-solving • Serving as a trusted advisor • Ability to interact with all levels of management Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is an equal opportunity employer.
