**Responsibility**
+ Support the implementation of key global and regional HR projects within Asia Pacific that contribute to the enhancement of HR operating platform.
+ Liaise with Country HR and Regional Centre of Expertise to collect information needed to comply with stakeholder communications, governance and other routines.
+ Support the team to track progress of GHR Asia Pacific strategy execution.
+ Collect budget requests, forecast and report spending.
+ Analyse HR financial data to support management review and discussion.
+ Develop and maintain stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally.
+ Provide administrative support to internal and external meetings including meeting arrangement and material preparation.
+ Develop and maintain inventory of HR policies & procedures and suggest alignment opportunities.
+ Support project risk management and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulations.
**Job Requirement**
+ Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable.
+ Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in HR field.
+ Project management skills. Able to plan and implement initiatives with collaboration with stakeholders regionally.
+ Solid analytical skills with ability to synthesise information from different sources.
+ Knowledge of HR processes & practices.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Well-organised.
