You are highly collaborative with account and creative. Through directly managing junior strategists &/or mentoring other strategists, you reinforce your own skill set. You aren’t just delegating; you create opportunities for people around you. You have a perspective on brands & consumers, and you speak from knowledge and experience, where your insight into consumer attitudes and behaviors is the source of your authority. **Responsibilities** + Develop brand strategies, write creative briefs, guide development and presentation of the creative work + Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions. + Bring proactive ideas to clients to push the brands into new spaces + Design and implementation of research projects to address client business issues, gain insight into target audiences and testing ad concepts + Work closely with creative and account teams to ensure marketing strategies are effectively translated into compelling campaigns. + Present strategic plans and findings to clients, effectively communicating the rationale behind proposed strategies. + Oversee the development of comprehensive media plans, in partnership with media planning teams. + Provide professional development opportunities and on the job training as needed **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. A Master’s degree or MBA would be a plus. + Proven track record of developing effective marketing strategies that drive business results. + Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and marketing communications. + 10+ years of planning/brand strategy experience + Managerial experience; demonstrable experience in a variety of strategic engagements with regional or global Client brands + Ability to run day to day accounts work & pitches + Contributes thought leadership and best practices to the department + Comfortable with high-level client exposure + Strong stage presence + Fluent in presentation/communication in both English and Vietnamese
