We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Strategy Expert at Transporeon. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth through strategic initiatives, market segmentation, strategy development, strategic pricing, ecosystem development, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). This role requires a combination of analytical acumen, market insight, and leadership to shape and execute effective strategies.

You are ready if you have…

5 + years of experience in the same or similar roles and a strong interest in working with cross-functional teams on different projects.A proficient level of English (C1/C2), any additional language would be an advantage.Exceptional Communication skills with the ability to deal with different internal departments and stakeholders.Executive presence - You know how to build positive trusted relationships with decision-makers and C-level executives.Experience with analytics and the ability to create analyses on strategy-related questions, carve out the key important messages, and come up with recommendations and the corresponding pros/cons and lines of argument.Project Management experience and hands-on approach with the ability to coordinate different parties on different projects.

Transform yourself and become responsible for….

Market Segmentation: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify and segment target markets. Collaborate with teams to gather insights into customer needs. Develop and refine market segmentation strategies to optimize product positioning and customer targeting.Strategy Development: Formulate and articulate the company's overall strategic direction in alignment with organizational goals and market opportunities. Work closely with executive leadership to develop short-term (OKRs) and long-term strategic plans (LRP). Strategic Pricing: Lead pricing strategy initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability. Analyze market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive pricing to inform pricing decisions. Collaborate with product, sales, and finance teams to implement and optimize pricing strategies.Ecosystem Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, alliances, and ecosystem relationships in collaboration with our ecosystem team. Collaborate with business development and product teams to establish and enhance the company's ecosystem.Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Evaluate potential M&A opportunities. Develop financial models and business cases to assess the viability of acquisitions. Lead or contribute to negotiations and integration efforts for successful M&A transactions.
