Your Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the Strategic Portfolio and PMO Lead for Integrated Supply Chain Operations in St. Louis. This role will be crucial in supporting the senior leadership team and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven track record in project management and operational excellence.

 

Partner with the senior leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and operational prioritiesFacilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments and with external stakeholdersManage the calendar, prepare meeting agendas, and ensure follow-up on action itemsAssist in the development and execution of organizational strategies, policies, and proceduresConduct research and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planningEstablish and lead the PMO to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectivesDevelop and implement project management methodologies, tools, and best practicesOversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budgetMonitor project performance and provide regular updates to the executive team on progress, risks, and issuesFoster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the PMO
 

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferredMinimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a strong understanding of PMO functions

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience in a Chief of Staff or similar strategic support role, preferably within a large organizationExceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on results-driven outcomesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in project management software and tools
