Job Description

Hybrid: This position requires an employee to be on site 3 times per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

Strategic Pricing Analyst

This position will work with our pacific countries, in our CCA South America Strategic Pricing Team. (Colombia, Ecuador, Peru & Chile)

What you will do/Responsibilities:

As a Strategic pricing analyst you will work with different teams (e.g. sales, account management, product managers, global pricing & finance) both from South America and other offices to ensure we set the best possible prices and assure the specified Contribution Margin across all the Parts Product Lines.

The position will require to approach and understand complex problems in a structured manner and convert them into compelling and actionable actions for internal and external stakeholders.

We support product managers with creating the best pricing proposals by providing them with tools (Power BI and reports), guidance, insights and training. As well as, support monitor price developments to spot trends and identify opportunities to grow the South America aftersales business.

Critical Skills:

Client-facing and strategic attitude.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate with teams (commercial, financial, product managers, sales teams).

Strong quantitative / detail-oriented background with excellent analytical and modeling skills (plus- proficiency in tools such as Power BI, MS Access).

Initiative and good interpersonal relationship.

Additional Job Description

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required in business Administration, Economics, Science, Engineering or related fields.

3+ years relevant prior business experience (e.g., pricing, sales, sales admin, marketing, product management, operations and/or supply chain, data analytics).

Relevant experience in a pricing modeling, commercial environment, preferably in a pricing, strategic or analytical role.

Proficiency in English.

Proficiency in Excel & MS Access.

Availability to work in Bogota, Colombia, in a hybrid regime  (3 times per week in person = Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).

Preferred qualifications:

Knowledge of Portuguese (desirable).

Knowledge of Data Tools/PowerBI (desirable).

Proven experience on aftersales automotive segment
