Duties & Responsibilities:

Provides administrative and clerical support specifically related to supply chain and procurement department activities.

Maintains files, logs, quotes and other related documentation.

Acts as a data accuracy governor by maintaining information and data on different ERP and procurement systems.

May assist buyers and commodity managers in contacting vendors to obtain prices and schedule delivery dates.

May develop and maintain resources for assigned commodity items.

Supports and improves supplier onboarding.

May support on procurement projects – identifying the gaps, working on enhancements, and performing testing.

Becomes a SME and provides guidelines and best practices to end users.

Minimum required Skills and Knowledge:

Proficient in utilizing business tools such as Microsoft Office with extended knowledge in Excel and Power Point. Ability to create clear and informative charts, graphs, and dashboards with tools such as Qlik and PowerBI.

Experience in data analytics and with ERP products and productivity software desired.

Typical Education and Experience: Associate degree or equivalent. 3 - 5 years of related experience.
