That’s proof we walk the walk.  While our product suites are some of the most compelling in the industry, it’s our team members who deliver the exceptional value and unrivaled industry expertise our customers appreciate from us.  Our team tells us over and over; working at Insurity offers you the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from some of the most creative and knowledgeable minds in insurance technology.  You’ll feel welcomed even before you start your first day with us through our award-winning onboarding program. Take the first step to joining our team by applying today and we look forward to seeing #UatInsurity. Insurity’s Next Strategic Program Executive A Strategic Program Executive is a professional who oversees and manages key client programs, aligning them with the overall strategic goals of both the client and the company, by developing comprehensive plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution while maintaining a strong client relationship and identifying potential growth opportunities within the account.   What Our Strategic Program Executive Will Do Client and Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts and partners, addressing their needs, concerns, and opportunities.Ensure client satisfaction by proactively managing expectations, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions to meet business objectives.Strategic Planning and Account Development: Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with customer’s business goals and objectives.Identify new business opportunities and areas for collaboration within existing accounts.Work cross-functionally with sales, professional services, product, and other teams to drive customer success and achieve revenue targets. Business Growth and Expansion:Leverage industry insights to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.Act as a consultant to customers, advising on best practices and strategies to optimize their experience and achieve desired outcomes.Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report on account performance, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met or exceeded.Provide regular updates to leadership on account status, challenges, and opportunities.Analyze client data and feedback to inform decision-making and improve service delivery.Collaboration and Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of issues.Lead or participate in client meetings, presentations, and reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to proactively address client needs and identify opportunities.Provide actionable feedback to internal teams based on market insights and client feedback. Who We’re Looking ForDeep understanding of the P&C Intermediary and/or Excess & Surplus market7-10 years of experience in relationship management, account management, business development, or a similar role.Proven track record of managing and growing strategic relationships with key customers or partners.Strong business acumen with the ability to understand clients' needs and align them with organizational solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Where: This role can be performed based in a Chicago, IL office with flexibility to work from home.What’s In It For UFlex First Workforce: Do your work best from home or from one of our office locations; it’s your choice.
