All while understanding that **together** we are even better. **Schedule:** Full Time **Shift** : Day **The community you’ll be caring for:** + The Maitland Office Plaza houses our highly skilled teams that support our hospital system including Marketing, Patient Financial Services, Revenue Management, the Credit Union and Human Resources. + The Trickle Building, a two-story office structure, creates an atmosphere of health and healing, with a healthy-style café and quaint chapel. + The main lobby is filled with lush greenery and a light trickle of water, creating a holistic environment. **The role you’ll contribute:** The Strategic Program Manager works in concert with co-developing vision and strategy on quality and safety outcomes and formally represents Advent Health Acute Care Services to internal and external stakeholders. Appointed to measure, analyze, and improve strategically selected outcomes, experience, and the cost of care. Provides strategic support for the portfolio of Care Setting projects. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. **The value you’ll bring to the team:** Demonstrates, through behavior, AdventHealth Orlando’s service standards. + Evaluates and manages, along with the Care Setting team, strategic plans including developing priorities, determining the structure, and defining the approach for new strategic issues for clinical quality and outcomes. + Works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to conduct analysis and develop key deliverables for all regular governance/planning meetings. + Presents strategic information including analysis of existing initiatives, progress towards completion of initiatives, and progress towards meeting the mission and value of Care Setting to staff and operational leaders. + Identifies and proposes potential projects that are aligned with Care Setting strategic objectives. + Analyzes performance improvement data to discern any quality concerns, practice patterns, or to pinpoint areas for process improvement. + Utilizes knowledge of standards, survey methodology, and related tools and resources to ensure regulatory and accreditation readiness. Regularly accesses internal and external resources to maintain professional knowledge base. Maintains awareness of societal and technological trends as they apply to the Care Setting. + Designs, establishes, and maintains an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the organization's goals and objectives; recruits, trains, supervises, and evaluates staff. Ensures the accuracy, timeliness, reliability, frequency, level-of-detail of staff work product. Qualifications **The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:** **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:** + Bachelor’s Degree in a Business , IT or Healthcare related discipline + Minimum of two years experience in a Healthcare area and/or related area + Experience in accreditation surveys such as Joint Commission or DNV + Experience with MindGenius, Visio, and other planning and presentation software + Experience interacting with Medical Staff, Senior Leadership, and clinical staff **_LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED:_** + Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), business, or related project management certification This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
