**Your role at Dynatrace**
Are you a master organizer with a knack for seeing the big picture and sweating the details? Join our dynamic R&D team and lead the charge in optimizing, organizing and delivering our product communication strategy!
+ Organize and manage all team tasks, maintaining an efficient and effective backlog.
+ Ensure timely delivery of programs and adherence to expectations.
+ Develop and implement strategic frameworks and processes.
+ Collaborate closely with product management, go-to-market and marketing teams to enhance alignment and collaboration.
+ Provide strategic input and spar with leadership on frameworks and processes.
+ Create and run processes while ensuring consistency in content through strategic planning.
**What will help you succeed**
+ **3-5 years of experience in program management within the software industry.**
+ **Strong technical background** or understanding of software development.
+ Expertise in Asana or similar project management tools.
+ Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
+ Ability to develop and implement strategic frameworks and processes.
+ Consulting background and familiarity with RACI or other ownership models (preferred but not required).
