DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
Manage and oversee large scale and highly complex, strategic initiatives within a project-based delivery model
Lead a cross functional team to strategically drive change, communications and functional education for implementation of the high-impact business specific initiatives
Collaborate closely with aligned leadership to ensure a cohesive implementation strategy across all high-impact initiatives
Work to positively impact operational efficiency and process improvement while maintaining customer and employee experience
Measure performance and develop improvement plans based on pre-established KPIs to promote iterative implementation strategies
Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Work closely with leadership and key stakeholders on prioritization and tier alignment for business specific initiative implementation
Adapt change strategy and tactics to fill gaps, prioritize impact, and navigate unforeseen circumstances
Develop and lead a comprehensive implementation roadmap for high-impact business specific initiatives to:
Proactively watching for collisions to optimize engagements wherever possible
Identify potential risks and obstacles to change and develop proactive mitigation plans
Validate the team is focused in the right areas in collaboration with ROL, process and product teams
Facilitate connections across high-impact business specific initiatives with multiple implementations running simultaneously
Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/ or country specific requirements.
Partner with the VP and leadership team to coordinate and execute strategic initiatives.Conduct market research and data analysis to support informed decision-making.Create high-quality presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.Drive cross-functional projects by ensuring timelines are met, resources are allocated, and communication flows seamlessly.Track and monitor key business metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives.Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.Serve as a primary point of contact between the VP and internal/external stakeholdersBuild and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment.Act as a trusted point of contact for confidential and sensitive information.Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices to optimize support functions.Proactively identify and implement new tools or methods to enhance the team’s productivity.QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
MBA degree from a Tier 1 business school only
1-2 years’ experience in program management, change management, communication strategies, or/and educational program development
Preferred:
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Proven experience in strategic program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead projects and motivate cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Ability to motivate and encourage change, able to get positive results in a very large, dispersed organization
