Strategic Project Management Intern

The Strategic Project Management Team (SPM) at Four Hands is looking for an energetic, motivated, and dedicated intern with exceptional communication and organizational skills. Reporting to a Senior Program Manager, the candidate will work alongside all of our Project Managers to support the execution of strategic initiatives at Four Hands, as well as support some of the team’s operational tools. This position is expected to start January 2025 and continue through the entire Spring 2025 term (through April 2025). Our internships are a minimum of 10 weeks, part-time and on-site.
In This Role\nCollaborate with project leads to create, maintain, and update detailed project timelines, schedules, and task list \nTrack the status of ongoing tasks, ensuring timely completion and addressing any delays or risks that might impact deadlines \nSchedule project meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items \nCreate, organize, and update project-related documents, saving files in respective folders (SharePoint) \nAssist in gathering updates for project progress reports and drafting newsletters as needed \nHelp identify, assess, and track project risks and opportunities \nMonitor dependencies and help escalate decision-making needs to appropriate project leads \nSupports change management strategy execution tasks \nHelp create and manage project SharePoint sites and folders \nUphold our Core Values and be a Valuable member of the Four Hands team \nOther duties as assigned by Management\n
The Ideal Person\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or similar field \nPrevious internship experience is a plus \nStrong written and oral communication skills \nAbility to work collaboratively within a team environment \nOrganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects \nStrong time management skills and excels at meeting deadlines\nMicrosoft Office experience \n
Internship Program at Four HandsThe Internship Program is aimed to provide students with hands-on experience in the area they are most passionate about. Interns at Four Hands have the opportunity to work closely with various departments to gain valuable knowledge about the company. The program focuses on professional development, offering mentorship from like-minded professionals and the chance to contribute to real projects. Interns are encouraged to bring innovative ideas to make the experience challenging and rewarding. This program will enable students to gain the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their future careers.
