Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in virtualization or Google Cloud native architectures in a customer-facing or support role.
+ Experience in networking, storage, Legacy, and modern application development and databases.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Experience in supply chain operations.
+ Experience in planning, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization (e.g., setting goals, defining inventory), and infrastructure.
+ Knowledge of business cycles for Google Cloud products and platforms.
+ Ability to interact with technical and non-technical global, regional, and cross-functional groups.
+ Ability to analyze inputs, retain, and use data in selections.
+ Excellent communication skills.

+ Work with Capacity Engineering and the Account teams on helping to escalate the capacity requests and ensure that we have a solution for our customers.
+ Work with the global Capacity team to plan the deployment of resources in the Asia Pacific (APAC) data centers.
+ Be the Point of Contact (POC) for the global teams to help build and roll out any regional initiatives and programs to help with the Customer Engineering productivity.
